Key Skill:

 

Diploma / BE /B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, valid Electrical Supervisor License, in-depth knowledge of electrical maintenance.

 

Oversee electrical maintenance and project activities, conduct inspections and troubleshooting, ensure compliance with safety standards.

 

Role & responsibilities

 

Overhauling and maintenance of HT/LT motors, HT/LT breakers, PCC/MCC panels, and transformers.
 

Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting MCC problems, and ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems.
 

Managing electrical maintenance for DG sets and coordinating major HT motor repairs with external parties.
 

Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
 

Reviewing and setting numerical relays for protection systems.
 

Utilizing MS Office for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
 

Leading technical training sessions and mentoring subordinates to enhance their skills and efficiency
 

Maintaining all necessary records and ensuring the availability of spare parts

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
 

License: Valid Electrical Supervisor License.
 

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety standards.
 

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication.
 

Previous experience in cement plant projects and maintenance.
 

Experience working with automation systems and modern electrical setups.
