Key Skill:

 

Knowledge of Field instruments used in cement Industry such as Weigh Feeder, Belt Weigher, SFF, SFM & Hopper Weighing system, etc.

 

Job Description:

 

Generation of Instrumentation Signal List, Flow chart.etc.. Configuration of Departments,Groups,Drives,Digital and analog alarm,Interlocks,alrams etc.
 

Hands on experience of Project execution, cable scheduling, Panel Erection.
 

Knowledge of field instrument like, RTD, Thermocouple, level sensors, vibration sensors, pressure switches, flow switches etc, also should have knowledge of all above instruments controllers.
 

Knowledge of operation and maintenance & calibration of weighing systems like Weigh feeder, SFM, Rotor Scale, weighs Bridge, Packing machine etc.
 

Knowledge of operation and maintenance of Analyzers,XRF and other lab equipments.
 

Maintenance, Calibration and upkeep of Static Rail/Road Weigh Bridge, Inmotion Weigh Bridge, and other field instrumentation system.

 

Qualification :

 

Diploma/B. Tech/M. Tech in Instrumentation Engineering
