Job Description: 

 

Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance department.
 

Develop and execute maintenance plans for all mechanical systems.
 

Ensure the reliability and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
 

Collaborate with other teams to improve overall plant performance.

 

General Requirements: 
 

Industry: Cement Industry experience is a must. 
 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams effectively.

 

Qualifications: 
 

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
