Job Description: 

 

Maintenance and troubleshooting of cement plant field instruments. 

 

Knowledge of DCS programming, graphics structure, trouble shooting, modification etc .

 

Knowledge of DCS controller, I/O and AI/o cards and functions.

 

Knowledge of field instrument like, RTD, Thermocouple, level sensors, vibration sensors, pressure switches, flow switches etc, also should have knowledge of all above instruments controllers.

 

Knowledge of operation and maintenance & calibration of weighing systems like Weigh feeder, SFM, Rotor Scale, weighs Bridge, Packing machine etc.

 

Knowledge of operation and maintenance of Analyzers,XRF and other lab equipments..

 

Knowledge of High temperature camaras, shell scanner.

 

Knowledge of Electrical switch gears for operation and maintenance

 

ABB 800xA DCS & (FLS+Siemens) DCS logic understanding and troubleshooting during shift

 

Computer literate for various report making & comparison study of dispatches.

 

Rotopacker maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration

 

Maintenance, Calibration and upkeep of Static Rail/Road Weigh Bridge, Inmotion Weigh Bridge, and other field instrumentation system.

 

Qualification: 
 

Diploma/ B.E. ( Instrumentation/EE/I&C/EE)
