Optimisation & monitoring of process parameter.

 

Analysis of process parameter trends of the running plant & trouble shooting.

 

Operation and Optimization of VRM/ Roller press

 

Operation of Kiln/ coal mills.

 

Knowledge to carry out root casue analysis, problem solving tech.

 

Heat and mass balance

 

Knowledge of plant shutdown activities

 

Process measurements

 

Other Required Skills

 

Knowledge of SAP

 

Good computer skills

 

Good communication skills

 

 

Qualification:

 

B.Sc in Chemsitry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Cement Technology
