Job Description

 

Overall responsible for Maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of complete plant.
 

Responsible for preparing the annual Budget for Mechanical Maintenance and achieve the cost within budget.
 

Responsible to ensure Preventive Inspections and Preventive Maintenance are done as per Schedule and same should be subject to continual improvement.
 

Responsible for ensuring Inventory are optimized and maintained below the targeted level.
 

Ensure availability of Critical spares at all time.
 

Responsible to ensure Corrective Maintenance actions are taken in time on Notifications.
 

Periodical Review of Downtime Pareto; Ensure Root Cause Analysis for Critical Breakdowns, and Plan to improve the Reliability should always be there with him.
 

Responsible for specific initiatives like IMS, 5S, ISO implementation in the Mechanical function
 

Responsible for execution of Mechanical debottlenecking projects/ Operational Capex
 

Responsible for Effective Utilization of SAP-PM Module and World Class Maintenance Management System.
 

Responsible for ensuring Training need assessment periodically and based on the same Training Calendar is prepared and same is imparted with check on effectiveness.
 

Responsible for ensuring high level of safety, health and environment practice at the production units and ensuring compliances with relevant statutory requirements
 

Should take along the Team and have Good inter departmental relation.
 

Proper maintenance planning.
 

Responsible for all applicable compliances
 

Able to provide required training to team members.
 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Candidate current role may be Manager / Sr Manager is suiatble.
 

Should be B.E. / B. Tech in (Mechanical) from reputed institute.
 

Should have minimum 15 years experience of large cement plant
 

Must have plant & process knowledge.
 

Must have good knowledge of MS Office & SAP.
