Job Description:

 

Coordinating and managing the shift chemists and ensuring smooth shift operation
 

Operation,Calibration and Maintenance of Lab equipments viz,XRF,ICP,Proximate,Sample preparation equipments like Crushers,Furnaces & Ovens,Vibrating and Screening Equipment s . Experience in implementation of Quality Management systems like ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Safety Management systems.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Extensively coordinating with the Production dept. in day-day Planning and Process Control activities and have a thorough understanding of the production process
 

Ensuring that the Product quality meets customer specifications by proactively identifying potential quality deviations and taking preventive actions to eliminate the same
 

Implementing Statistical Quality Control techniques and utilizing 7QC Tools for ensuring product quality
 

Sample collection, preparation and analysis of coke
 

Operation, Calibration and Maintenance of Lab equipment's viz, XRF, ICP, Proximate, Sample preparation equipments like Crushers, Furnaces & Ovens, Vibrating and Screening Equipment’s
 

Experience in implementation of Quality Management systems like ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Safety Management systems
 

Knowledge of SAP – QM module
 

Implementing 5S in the workplace and Ensuring a safe workplace by adhering to all the RCCVL safety standards
 

Coordinating and managing the shift chemists and ensuring smooth shift operation
 

Should have good analytical thinking and learning ability, communication skills, adaptability and commitment to achieve the objectives
 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
 

Experience in implementation of Quality Management systems like ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Safety Management systems
 

 

Qualification:
 

B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical
 

MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry
