Job Decsription:

 

Accountability: Process Management: Organize and coordinate production according to the dispatch schedule, ensuring optimal production and plant availability from the process side. 
 

Control process parameters and manage process stoppages to meet targets and achieve customer satisfaction.

 

Cost Optimization: To achieve lower SP power and fuel consumption

 

Quality Consistency: Monitor and review the production of clinker to ensure consistent quality, maintain the brand image, and enhance customer satisfaction.
 

Co-processing of AFR and refractory management

 

Process People Development: Organize and ensure the development of skills and competencies for individuals to enhance work performance in the process control area.

 

Plan Process Improvement / Upgradation & Shutdown Management:  Plan and implement plant process improvement or upgradation projects, including process parameter adjustments for new products, as well as enhancements in environment, safety, productivity, process control, and quality.

 

Education
 

B.Sc in Chemistry, B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical
 

M.Tech in Chemical, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry.
