Job Description

•Maintenance Planning & Scheduling - Apply maintenance methodology, defining operational steps, manpower, spares and other resources necessary to achieve efficient and safe maintenance in line with technical standards.

•Estimate required labor, prepare list of spare parts and reference data, and anticipate other resources required to complete jobs in a safe way.

•Maintain records and reference files about specifications of equipment, spare parts, drawings, history, manuals, forms, policies and procedures

•Research cost-saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve reduction in O&M expenditures

•Help determine critical routes, sequence of activities, total cost of shutdown and required resources

•Effectively communicates about upcoming maintenance activities with area owners.

•Ensure that all necessary materials are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality.

•Prepare time and cost estimates for work orders and job plans to help optimizing resources allocation.

•Draw up regular inventories of the spare parts and ensure their availability in coordination with stores.

•Maintain and update information and data in SAP

•Plan major equipment annual overhauls

•Draw up the technical specifications for the purchase of the spare parts.

•Manage general and specific technical documentation.
