Job description

 

Prepare state monthly plan for secondary logistics with sales

Improve existing network of Fleet Mix / godowns

Identify gaps in existing vendors

Determine requirements for developing new vendors

Conduct periodical physical stock verification at godowns

Ensure implementation of audit observations at godowns

Ensure material dispatches on time in full (OTIF) from godowns

Take decisions for clubbing of materials

Manage customer queries during / after delivery from godowns

Screen potential secondary transporters, C&F evaluate basis criteria

Negotiate rates and payment terms with secondary transporters, C&F as per company norms

Monitor vendor performance as per criteria, provide regular feedback

Perform freight revisions for secondary logistics as per SOP.

 

Qualification :

Engineering or/and MBA
