Job description:

 

Plans and leads all aspects of mechanical engineer- ing activities within an organization.

 

Develops and implements strategic plans, goals, and objective in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

 

Designs policies and procedures to promote best practices and ensure all mechanical engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet required specifications and quality standards.

 

Designs and manages departmental budgets, allocates resources effec- tively, and identifies cost-saving opportunities to optimize business perfor- mance and profitability and many more.

 

Job Specifications:

 

10+ years of working experience in integrated cement manufacturing plant in senior position.

 

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

 

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.

 

Must have good communication skill in English.

 

Well knowledge of computer.

 

Qualification: 

 

Post Graduate/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
