Job Description:

 

Proficient in PLC Programming.

 

Experience on Siemens TIA Portal with a sound knowledge on creating and developing Hardware Configuration, FC, FB , DB and OB

 

SCADA programming and MIMIC development

 

Proficient in Communication Protocol like Profinet , Profibus PA , Modbus & Ethernet

 

Proficient in installing and Configuring of Variable Frequency Drive.

 

Handle weighing systems Calibration of Weigh measurements & controls, Loss in weight ( feed rate ) & Belt Weigh Feeder

 

Advanced knowledge of pressure transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Level transmitters, Flow meters, level & pressure switches thermocouples, RTD, Stack analysers, Various sensors, Pneumatic systems, SOV, Control Valves and Encoders etc.

 

Maintenance and calibration of field instruments and coordinate in planning and execution of preventive & predictive maintenance schedule

 

Ability to handle and troubleshoot maintenance related issues and carry out necessary modifications in Equipment as required

 

 

Qualification:

 

Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
