Job Description:

You will look after the activities of predictive & preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment & increasing equipment reliability so as to avoid breakdown in all respects.

 

Responsible for root cause analysis and its corrective & proactive action in a time frame as per need of the hour.

 

Working towards cost reduction, inventory management in terms of spare parts enabling you to adhere maintenance schedules for achieving department target.

 

Co-ordination with internal department for smooth functioning of mechanical section and provide all supports.

 

Co-ordination with third party & arrange contract labor locally as when required as per business need.

 

To ensure maximum manpower utilization & minimum manpower strength in mechanical department.

 

Responsible for reduction in power cost in clink erization & cement grinding unit & other unit as per target.

 

To look after manpower cost reduction and analyze the present man power strength. Proper monitoring & on the job training for down the line employee.

 

Your scope of work may be increased, reduced, or modified at the sole discretion of the management due to exigencies of work.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

The candidate must have done B tech in mechanical and should have at least 15 years of experience in the same field.

 

Education

 

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
