Job Description

 

Responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure residents and visitors have access to necessary supplies and accommodations

 

Assisting in managing complete store operations and "Responsible for Receipt, Warehousing, of both raw and packaging material with other Consumable required for production activity with respect to monthly plan.
 

Prepares & Maintains stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document.
 

Coordinating and managing transporters for timely delivery of goods.
 

Co-ordinate with all production supervisors for their requirement of material.
 

Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays, yet maintain inventory turn goals 
 

Knowledge of receipt and transfer of goods & the documentation involved.

 

Qualifications:
 

Bachelor's (Preferred)
 

Store management: 4 years (Preferred)
 

Post-Graduation Diploma in Materials & Supply Chain Management
