Job Description:

 

1.  Project Planning & Monitoring - Construction Schedule - Progress Review

 

2.  Construction & Contract management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Safety Rules Implementation - SOR Items -Quality Assurance and Quality Control 

 

3. Statutory and Safety Compliances - Ensure adherence of all applicable statutory norms with respect to the project. Ensure adherence of all applicable statutory norms with respect to the project. Strict adherence of safety at work place.

 

4. Planning and execution of Civil Maintenance and capex work in plant at Project site. Preparations of estimate/ BOQ and proposals for civil Maintenance work / capex of Project. Issue of work permits and implementation of safety standards along with timely compliance of observations at civil site in Project.

 

5. Making of PRs and monitoring of section budget for Project

 

6. Follow-up with all Concern department, vendor for execution of work for Project

 

7. Certifying vendor bills.  

 

Qualification:

 

Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
