Job Description:

 

Maintenance and Calibration of equipment - Monthly calibration of bag testing machine and timely maintenance to avoid the break down.
 

Proper Testing - Test the sample of Bag as per SOP to meet out the requirements. Also timely report upload in SAP.
 

Quality Systems - Assist Superior , identify and execute improvement study and kaizen. 5S activities. WCM activity boards updating. Model area development. Create awareness in team members. Visual controls development & implementation.
 

Safety Compliance - Timely completion of SO, reporting of near miss in my setu. Also daily walk through round and report in my setu. Follow the safety standards while working.
 

Accurately testing of daily bag samples and report timely land also upload in the SAP.
