Job Description

1. Ensure Equipment availability for operation by coordinating shift engineers & shift technicians round the clock. 

 

2. supervise & co-ordinate execution of Operation & maintenance activities in the section to       maximize plant availability to improve productivity at minimum maintenance cost. 

 

3. Operation & Maintenance of AFR & Pre clinkerization section Field instrument, SCS, VFD, Packer, Hydraulic System, Weighing System etc.

 

4. having good hand on PLC and SCADA. Energy saving and optimization. 

 

5. Completion of Instrumentation jobs within budget with highest quality. 

 

6. Safety & Statutory compliance: Carryout timely inspection of all jobs required as per statutory guidelines and ensure their timely compliance checking, testing as per guidelines and maintain statutory records of the

observations.
