Job description

 

Generate invoices for all dispatches, prepare documents such as EWay bill and other documents
 

Co-ordinate and assign transporter for dispatch based on order size and fleet availability
 

Ensure order is loaded, statutory documents and other relevant documents are provided
 

Ensure updation of transporter details in CRM against each order from plant
 

Ensure material dispatches on time in full (OTIF) by both road and rail from plants
 

Train transport vendor / driver on usage of mobile app to take order acknowledgement from customer
 

Manage customer complaints / queries during / after delivery from plants
 

Timely address any issues during transit for deviated dispatches from plant
 

Screen potential primary transporters, evaluate their fitment basis selection criteria
 

Ensure timely redressal of vendor grievances including payments.

 

Monitoring and Review of Variable cost on daily basis and highlighting of Exceptional

 

Monitoring and Review of fixed cost and reporting of Exceptional

 

Preparation and submission of Various MIS report with respect to Variable cost and Fixed cost in the prescribed format

 

Qualification:

 

Minimum Graduate
