Job Description
 

To carry out Plant Operation & Optimization activities of kiln, Raw mix, Atox mill and cement mill etc, from CCR.
 

To conduct Process Measurement Activities, working knowledge of SAP, Heat balancing, Mass balancing etc.
 

Shut-down planing for refractory work
 

Ensuring all process Job execution under Dupont safety slandered.
 

Implementation of  ABOE activities & develop safety culture in process departments.
 

CCR operations, working knowledge of SAP is essential.
 

Exposure to ISO/OHSS/ EMS/ WCM/ Safety slandered etc.
 

Grinding media regradation & top-up planing.
 

Refractory planing ,inventory control, execution & shut-down.
 

Production report preparation.
 

 

Required qualification :
 

B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical
