Job Description
 

Professional Experience description:

 

Hands on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of ABB DCS system.
 

Programming Knowledge of Siemens PLCs and HMI stations S7- 200,300, 400 , ABB systems - 800xA, AC550 PLC & ABB DCS800, ACS800 drives etc, . Develop, maintain & improve supervisory level control solutions & data acquisition systems PLCs, SCADAs of Siemens, ABB and other systems.
 

Experience in different programing language (i.e., FBD, ST & FSC).
 

Experience in SCADA- ABB process graphics, screen designing, PLC interface.
 

Good analytic approach about digitization & automation project
 

Experience in establishing communication between ABB controller and Drives/MCC/ Transmitters through Profibus DP/PA protocol.
 

Plant PLC/DCS architecture, networking, server configuration & management.
 

Work experience on different communication protocol i.e. Fieldbus, Profibus networking, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus, Rs232, Rs485 and Wireless Communication
 

Good exposure on Digitalization initiatives, and digitalization capex jobs
 

Planning and Maintenance activities of E&I for DCS and Utilities- HVAC system, PA system, Colony lighting, Electrical workshop, motor Overhauling and troubleshooting
 

Plant surveillance system- CCTV camera, NVR
 

Expert optimizer and KM-Knowledge Manager system
 

Work experience on Analytical Instruments- XRF Analyser- AL9000 series, PSZ Analyser, and CBA.
 

Work experience on Robotic and Auto sampling system- FL Smith and UPS system.
 

Work experience for weighing Systems, PLC/DCS, Drives, Analysers, AAQMS and Communication systems.
 

Good troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge of Hydraulics systems of KHD roller press able to read Hydraulic drawing and symbol.
 

Good Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge on Field instrumentation.
 

Monitoring & analysis of different process parameters to achieve the Quality of Products and work as a control engineer of the plant.
 

Exposure on regulatory acts for Wireless communication, XRF and Cross belt analyser.
 

Supervise & coordinate all Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities for Line-4 DCS, Utility System, Electrical workshop, Intex Colony, and Mines crusher.
 

Supervise & coordinate for calibration of Belt weigher and Weigh feeder system, and CBA.
 

Supervise & coordinate for digital initiatives in plant and with HO IT team
 

Organize & monitor implementation of Jobs in shutdown.
 

Coordinate with OEM/Consultant/TPMC for typical plant maintenance problems.
 

Modification/Trouble Shootings PLC/DCS, Drives, UPS, Weighing system, Analysers, Field Instrumentation, DCS network communication systems etc.

Professional Qualifications:

 

B.E. / Diploma in /Instrumentation/Electronics & Comm. Engineering.

 

Essential:  

 

BE. / Diploma in /Instrumentation/Electronics & Comm Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience

 

Preferably:

 

Experience in DCS/PLC/Analytical Instruments & Robo lab and Electrical workshop
