Gauger (Quality Control) – Cement Plant, Experience: 2-5 Years

 

Key Skill

 

Any Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of experience in physical testing in cement or related industries.

 

Knowledge of cement physical testing methods, basic MS Office and strong focus on quality and safety.

 

Basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati with good attention to detail.

 

Responsibility

 

Conduct physical testing of cement samples as per BIS standards to ensure quality consistency.

 

Prepare and manage composite samples, clinker samples and lab ball mill operations for testing purposes.

 

Maintain calibration checks, lab conditions, consumable inventory and ensure proper housekeeping of the lab.

 

Support testing of pozzolanic and competitor samples while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
