Key Skill:

Experience of 10–15 Years, including 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role handling the Raw Mill section.

Mechanical maintenance and reliability management in cement manufacturing plants.

Expertise in Vertical Roller Mills (VRMs) and Ball Mills.

Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and breakdown maintenance.

Troubleshooting of heavy gearboxes, large bearings, hydraulic systems, and lubrication systems.

Knowledge of classifiers, separators, process fans, bag filters, conveyors, and bucket elevators.

MTBF and MTTR analysis for equipment reliability improvement.

Shutdown planning, spare parts management, and maintenance budgeting.

Safety management, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

 

Responsibility:

Lead mechanical maintenance activities for the entire Raw Mill section.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues involving gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic grinding roller systems, and lubrication systems.

Analyze MTBF and MTTR data and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.

Plan and execute major plant shutdowns and annual turnaround activities within approved timelines and budgets.

Maintain optimal inventory levels of critical and operational spare parts, including grinding rollers, table liners, and hydraulic cylinders.

Conduct safety toolbox talks, identify workplace hazards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliable operation, and optimal raw meal production.
