Responsibility:

Lead the complete Stores function and manage day-to-day operations.

Oversee material receipt, storage, issuance and inventory control.

Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure material availability.

Monitor stock accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock audits.

Implement effective inventory management systems and procedures.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance and Finance departments.

Ensure proper documentation of material movements and stock transactions.

Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete inventory.

Drive cost optimization and improve stores operational efficiency.

Lead the Stores team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
 

Candidate Preference: Candidates currently working at Manager level are preferred.
