Position: Automation & Control Engineer- (Raw Mill)- Cement Plant

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Key Skills:

Raw mill automation and process control.

PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA systems.

Instrumentation, sensors, transmitters and control valves.

VFDs, motors and control-loop troubleshooting.

Automation fault diagnosis and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

Maintain automation and control systems associated with raw mill operations.

Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, instrumentation and field-device faults.

Ensure proper functioning of interlocks, alarms and control loops.

Coordinate with production and electrical maintenance teams.

Support automation modifications and process optimization initiatives.
