Responsibility Sales & Distribution Finance: Approve dealer discounts, incentives, commissions & schemes; analyze Net Cement Realisation (NCR) and scheme impact; evaluate NPV & ROI of sales schemes; review dealer performance & lifting trends; approve dealer claims & payouts | Logistics & Supply Chain Finance: Financial control over freight; approve benchmarks & cost structures; review transporter/vendor bills; analyze route-wise logistics cost deviations | Financial Controls & Governance: Implement financial controls; ensure policy compliance; review accounting & closures | Planning & Decision Support: Review ABP vs Actual; interpret BI dashboards; present insights to management | Authority: Final authority for schemes, claims & logistics costs; can reject non-compliant spends; direct escalation to DGM Finance
