Position: Engineer / Sr Engineer – Process- Cement Plant

Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or Cement Technology, or M.Sc. in Chemistry

Kiln operation and process optimization

CCR (Central Control Room) operations

Raw mill and cement mill operations

VRM and ball mill process management

Process parameter monitoring and quality control

Productivity improvement and process optimization

Energy efficiency and cost optimization

Cement manufacturing process operations

 

Responsibility:

Monitor and optimize kiln operation to ensure stable and efficient production.

Manage CCR operations and maintain key process parameters within specified limits.

Monitor raw mill, cement mill, VRM and ball mill operations.

Ensure product quality through effective process monitoring and coordination with the Quality team.

Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and process optimization.

Implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Analyze process deviations and take corrective actions to minimize production losses.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance and operational reliability.
