Responsibility:

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of kilns, coal mills, cement mills and ball mills.

Troubleshoot critical mechanical equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Monitor equipment performance and improve reliability and availability.

Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams.

Identify recurring equipment failures and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Ensure maintenance work complies with plant safety procedures.

Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
