Responsibility:

Lead and manage the Electrical or Instrumentation department, depending on the position.

Oversee departmental operations and maintenance activities across the cement plant.

Ensure reliable operation of electrical equipment or instrumentation and control systems.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Troubleshoot critical equipment failures and minimize plant downtime.

Lead, train and supervise departmental teams.

Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and operational procedures.

Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, efficiency and plant performance.
