Job Description:
 

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of cement mill and packing plant mechanical equipment.
 

Supervise mechanical maintenance activities to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
 

Monitor equipment performance and condition (vibration, temperature, lubrication, etc.). Lead breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence. Manage spares inventory for critical mechanical parts and tools.
 

Supervise and guide mechanical maintenance teams, fitters, welders, and technicians. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mechanical maintenance KPIs.
 

Optimize maintenance practices through root cause analysis (RCA).
 

 

Key Skills:
 

Optimize maintenance practices through root cause analysis (RCA). Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs. Hands-on experience in mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting. Leadership and team management skills.
 

Good knowledge of computer and working on ERP system. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 

Good communication and documentation skills.
 

Qualification:
 

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
