Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
 

Key Skill: Kiln Operation, Raw Mill & Cement Mill Process, Clinkerisation, Process Optimisation, Troubleshooting, Process Control Systems, Production Monitoring
 

Responsibility: Monitor and optimise plant process parameters, Improve clinker & cement quality, Ensure stable kiln operation, Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, Coordinate with production & maintenance teams, Ensure safety & environmental compliance
