Requirements:
 

- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences
 

- Desirable certificates in Fire Management
 

- 3-5 years' field experience as an HSE Officer in Cement, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries

 

Skills Needed:
 

- Strong leadership and communication skills
 

- Proficient in OSHA, Fire Safety, and NEMC regulations in Tanzania
 

- Knowledgeable in General Safety, Fire safety, Environmental management, and risk assessment
 

- Drive the implementation of approved HSE policies and management systems

 

Responsibilities:
 

- Implement and enhance Safety and Environment Management Systems
 

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure control measures are in place
 

- Develop HSE plans, induction modules, and training programs
 

- Design Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans
 

- Conduct HSE audits and training sessions
 

- Maintain plant hygiene and monitor HSE performance
 

- Coordinate pollution control, waste management, and environmental conservation
