Key Responsibilities:
 

Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for completeness and accuracy
 

Support procurement strategy based on material/service type, urgency, and availability
 

Lead strategic sourcing for Capex, Opex, bulk materials & services
 

Manage RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and e-auctions
 

Prepare contracts, rate agreements, and ensure ERP system compliance Onboard and assess vendors in coordination with cross-functional teams
 

Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement Analyze procurement data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
 

Handle post-order management including logistics, billing, and change orders.

 

Qualification:
 

B. Tech in degree in a relevant field
 

Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
 

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
 

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
