Should have through knowledge of Process / Chemical Engineering of Cement plants.  
 

Kiln Mill Operation and driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section.
 

Strict safety compliance during shutdowns and troubleshooting.
 

Self-initiative in improvement jobs/modifications.
 

Operate Kiln & VRM with effective utilization of machinery and equipment.
 

Apply process optimization techniques (measurements, heat balance, material balance, etc.).
 

Handle refractory material installation during shutdowns.
 

Ensure coordination and implement safety measures during shutdowns or troubleshooting activities.

 

Education:

 

B.E/ B. Tech (Chemical Engineering)
