Job Description

 

Everyday deployment check of security manpower.
 

Proper day to day attendance accounting of security guards 
 

Maintain Discipline of security guards
 

Maintaining record of vehicle movements
 

Manintaing record of man movement at plant and township.
 

Ensure regular inspection of guard posts.
 

Ensure no encroachment by out siders
 

Proper attendance accounting of security guards during shift.
 

Maintain Discipline of security guards at shift
 

Ensure maintenance and upkeeping hygiene of security barracks
 

Keep constant vigil on workforce activities.
 

Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc.
 

Coordinate with IR Team at plant and township during exigencies.

 

Qualification

 

Any Graduate 

 

Experience Preferable: - Ex-Serviceman
