Job Description:

 

Sound Knowledge of Siemens DCS Simatic manager PCS7 with Wincc explorer, Siemens S7 PLC, TIA, DCS network topology and architecture, Logic preparation & modification, PLC system backup, System restoration, server management, and OSI PI system.
 

Responsible for plant digitalization & system automation
 

Responsible for efficient running of Instrumentation equipment for AFR pre-processing, Weima & Sidsa and AFR co-processing ATS system.
 

People development, collaboration and teamwork and effective utilization of manpower.
 

Enforcement of all safety standards. Budget preparation &Zero-based Budgeting in SAP, monitoring the TM1.
 

Preparation for CAPEX proposals and executing CAPEX projects.
 

Responsible for XRD/XRF, CBA, UPS, plant surveillance, Profibus DP/PA communication N/W for sub control systems.

 

Qualification:
 

BE/B. Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation
