Job Description

 

To plan, organize, coordinate & monitor implementation of safety procedures and programmes for prevention of Personal injuries, Property damage and Loss of materials in order to maintain safe working environment and to enhance productivity of the Unit.

 

To plan, organise & coordinate with FHs, LH, HODs and HOSs in effective implementation of SHE policy and safe work practices to improve the Safety performance of the plant to achieve Zero accident target.

 

Identify and formulate programmes related to safety in order to motivate employee

 

Investigation and analyzing accidents to develop standard practices of safety

 

To monitor statutory compliance  requirements pertaining to safety rules and regulations

 

Development review & improvement of OHSAS 18001 system to achieve high standards of safety
