A) Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Co-ordinate and monitor Instrumentation maintenance of Cement Mills, Packing Plant & Weight Bridges
 

Analysis power consumption and ensure conservation. 
 

Ensure Statutory compliance
 

Implement & ensure Safety standards at workplace
 

Implement & ensure IMS & WCM system

 

Job Specification:

 

Operation maintenance of Cement Mills, Packing Plant & Weight Bridges.
 

Instrumentation maintenance
 

Field Instrumentation
 

Weight Feeders, SFF, SFM LV Drives.
 

Weight Bridge maintenance Packers operation & Maintenance.
 

SAP – MM/PP module
 

IMS / ISO
 

Auto plant / EOD.

 

B) Goals / KRA to be assigned:

 

Reliability based maintenance to ensure 100% availability of Cement Miss & Packing Plant equipment’s.
 

Zero harm, ensure 100% safety implementation.
 

100% Legal & statutory compliances.
 

Ensure implementation of IMS / ISO.
 

Timely execution of Unit project.
 

 

Qualification Required :

 

BE / B Tec. in Electrical Engineering.
