Job Description:
As the Store In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP software and a proven track record of working in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
2. Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks, reconciliation, and reporting in SAP System.
3.Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
4. Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
6. Handle departmental inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
7.Collaborate with other departments, to optimize store operations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
1.Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2.Proven experience as a Store In-Charge or similar role, preferably in the Middle East region.
3.Hands-on experience with SAP software for inventory managenment and logistics.
4.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
6.Handle departmental inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
7.Collaborate with other departments, to optimize store operations and achieve business objectives.

10.Fluency in English, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
