Job description:

 

Shift quality control for cement plant.

 

Quality control from mines to Packing plant

 

Through understanding in sampling and sample preparation

 

Depth knowledge in XRF/XRD operation and Calibration

 

Chemical testing of cement raw materials and finished product

 

Hands on experience in basic physical testing of cement like determination of NC, setting time

 

Proximate analysis of coal

 

Maintaining records of BIS

 

Overall knowledge in plant material handling operation

 

Candidate should be M.Sc.  chemistry with 3-4 years of experiences in cement plant, Responsibility of shift including coal analysis, Cement, Raw materials analysis by chemical methods and XRF, XRD etc.
