Responsibility:

Monitor and control cement grinding operations involving Ball Mill and Roller Press.

Achieve daily production and quality targets.

Monitor feed rate, mill power, separator speed, residue, Blaine, temperature and vibration.

Ensure smooth operation of clinker, fly ash/PFA, gypsum and raw material handling systems.

Monitor process efficiency, cement quality and energy consumption.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.

Handle shift operations, plant start-up, shutdown and troubleshooting.

Prepare daily production reports and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.

 

Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience in Ball Mill and Roller Press operations in the cement manufacturing industry.
