Responsibility:

- Manage overall cement plant operations, including Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Rotary Kiln, Clinker Cooler and Cement Mill.

- Monitor and optimize production, specific heat consumption and specific power consumption.

- Ensure clinker quality, process stability and effective troubleshooting of kiln and mill operations.

- Drive process improvements, energy efficiency and production cost reduction.

- Lead shift operations, manpower management and shutdown planning.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for effective plant operations.
