- Knowledge of Cement Plant, Mining, CPP & Logistics Projects

 

Responsibility:

- Identify and evaluate land parcels for cement plants, mining, CPP and logistics projects.

- Manage end-to-end land acquisition, including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, registration and possession.

- Liaise with Revenue, Forest, Mining, Environment and Government authorities.

- Ensure compliance with land-related legal and statutory requirements.

- Handle stakeholder management and land acquisition issues.
