Responsibility:

Supervise day-to-day cement packing plant operations during the assigned shift.

Ensure smooth operation of packing machines, bag filters, conveyors, elevators and compressors.

Achieve daily production and dispatch targets.

Ensure availability of cement, packing bags and other required materials.

Monitor bag weight, packing efficiency, cement spillage and equipment downtime.

Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Control and Dispatch teams.

Manage deployment and utilization of on-roll and contract manpower.

Monitor manpower attendance, discipline and work allocation.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.

Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Head.
