Responsibility:

Ensure high availability and reliability of all pyro mechanical equipment.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.

Manage maintenance of the 11,000 TPD kiln, IKN clinker cooler, Loesche coal mill, coal handling systems, process fans and clinker conveying equipment.

Prepare and execute shutdown plans, ensuring completion within schedule and budget.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.

Optimize equipment performance, MTBF and MTTR.

Manage critical spare parts, inventory, maintenance budgets and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO and other safety requirements.

Lead continuous improvement, equipment modernization and reliability projects.

Manage contractors, vendors and OEM coordination.

Develop team competencies through technical training, mentoring and skill development.
