Responsibility:

Create load IDs and approve Delivery Orders (DOs) as per defined conditions.

Verify GPS, bidding, truck health, and other parameters before DO approval.

Obtain RC/PLH approval for DO rejection.

Provide shipment printouts to drivers and monitor yard positions.

Issue packing calls and coordinate truck placement with transporters.

Prepare dispatch, MIS, and pending order reports.

Perform manual truck tagging as advised by RC/PLH.

Manage Green Channel (DOT) activities.

Escalate weighment, SAP, TMS, and other operational errors.
