- Cement / manufacturing industry experience
 

Responsibility:
 

- Manage end-to-end procurement of plant materials, spares, consumables and services
 

- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers
 

- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules
 

- Raise and manage Purchase Orders
 

- Ensure timely material availability
 

- Coordinate with Plant, Maintenance, Stores and Accounts departments
 

- Monitor purchase costs, inventory requirements and delivery timelines
 

- Maintain vendor relationships and procurement documentation
