Position: Mechanical Planner- Cement Plant

 

Experience: Min 3 Years

 

Role: Mechanical Planning & Spare Parts Preparation

 

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a cement plant planning and spare parts preparation department.

 

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

 

Key Skill: Maintenance Planning, Preventive/Corrective/Predictive Maintenance, Shutdown & Overhaul Planning, Spare Parts Management, Purchase Requisitions, Supplier Evaluation, SAP (Material Master, BOM & Technical Specifications), Budget Preparation (CAPEX & OPEX), Reporting, Presentation, English Communication.

 

Responsibility:

 

Prepare and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans in coordination with O&M contractors.
 

Plan and supervise major shutdowns, overhauls, PMs, and refurbishment activities.
 

Identify critical spare parts requirements and prepare purchase requisitions.
 

Evaluate suppliers, inspect spare parts, and provide technical approvals.
 

Participate in annual CAPEX & OPEX budget preparation.
 

Create and maintain spare parts material descriptions, material codes, BOMs, and technical specifications in SAP.

 

Others:

 

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
 

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
 

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
