Position: General Manager – Branding (Cement Industry)
Experience: 14 – 22 Years (Preferred: 15–20 years in branding & marketing)
CTC: ₹ 40 – 60 Lacs P.A
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Brand Management (preferred)

Responsibility:
• Define and drive long-term brand strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead brand positioning, architecture, identity, and messaging
• Execute pan-India ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns
• Manage campaigns across TV, print, outdoor, and digital platforms
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
• Conduct brand performance and analytics studies
• Strengthen dealer network branding and retail visibility
• Lead digital branding including website and social media presence
• Manage agencies (creative, media, PR) and internal stakeholders
• Handle branding budget and track ROI for campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
Others:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in ATL/BTL and digital marketing
• Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability
• Experience in cement / construction / B2B industry preferred
• KPI-driven role (brand recall, ROI, engagement, market share)
