Material planning and inventory control

Spare parts and consumables management

SAP / ERP-based stores operations

Stock reconciliation and material tracking

Team leadership and vendor coordination

Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day stores operations and inventory control.

Ensure proper receipt, storage, preservation and issue of materials.

Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of critical spares and consumables.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.

Coordinate with purchase, maintenance and other departments for material requirements.

Ensure compliance with stores procedures, safety standards and audit requirements.

Lead the stores team and improve operational efficiency.
