Responsibility:

Carry out mechanical maintenance of cement plant equipment to ensure reliable operation.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance activities.

Maintain kiln, cooler, raw mill, cement mill, crusher, VRM and packing plant equipment.

Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.

Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Drive equipment reliability improvement initiatives.

Plan spare parts requirements and maintain optimum inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Support continuous improvement in equipment availability and maintenance efficiency.
